Paylogic answers to all events needs when it comes to scanning. Paylogic controls the complete scanning and verification process at the entrance on each type of ticket and each type of event. (Paylogic is even capable of scanning tickets of 3rd ticketing parties if requested). Besides the scanning services it is possible to keep on selling tickets on the day of the event and even during the event, Paylogic can services these box office solutions.

Our scan solution

Brief description of the solutions provided.

Wireless scanning with wireless PDA scanners

With a scanware server a local network is installed on the event location, all PDA scanners are connected with this server and network. Each ticket can only be scanned once as all different scanners (entrances) are live connected and verifying from the same database. Ticket sales are also connected to the servers and the scanners, ticket sales will not need to stop during the event.

The other option is to have a local database with all codes installed, there is no connection to the Paylogic database, still all ticket are verified by the same server, where to all PDA scanners are connected. The advantage is that there is no internet connection needed at the event site, the only disadvantage is that ticket sales need to be ended before the event started. With the online solution, the servers are still connected to the sales channels and ticket sales can continue until the event is over.

Even with entrances miles a part from each other the solutions of Paylogic still work, our glass fibre solution brings a perfect network to any wide event site.

The most simple solution is the USB scanner, which is directly connected to a computer or laptop. A perfect solution for smaller events or entrances.

Since a few months Paylogic offers a seperate solution for mobile ticket scanning, as mobile devices have some other requirements to be scanned with guaranteed quality and safety. These scanners are deliverd by Paylogic.

Become a point of sale

Paylogic offers professional thermo ticket printer as additional solution to sell tickets on the event website and local reservation offices.

This system is either delivered by Paylogic to the event itself or to the reservation offices. Scope of supply includes a professional printer, the connection to a laptop or computer (or even an included laptop rented), and our own software. The system runs easily and intuitive.

Even with this solution you can get important customer details and real time statistics for the ticket sale.

Real time reporting

The event management software is updated while the event is running and you receive complete statistics about every single entrance and recent scan performances all at one hand. This supports you directly at the event and prevents from future problems.
