About relating a seat to a visitor on the best manner.

The Paylogic seating platform takes care of assigning a seat to a sold or to be sold ticket. The platform is arranged so it can handle any kind of seating plan scenario. The system is operated through the Back Office, the event organizer can control the allocation, sales and blockings.

Any kind of seated event location can be imported in the platform, regardless what shape or unique set up, these maps can be reused and adjusted. This can be done by the event company, but when requested the Paylogic merchant care will do it for the event company.

The input varies on location, compartment, row, and seat and to which entrance, staircase, parking area and so on. By connecting this to one ticket the logistical process can be optimized easily. On any seat, row and compartment a value can be assigned telling the system which seats are better per single category. On this information the system will start selling on a best seat available per category basis.
