• I have registered and placed an order using the Paylogic system, but aborted the order. Can I still proceed with the order?
Yes, this is possible. Go to the website where the order was placed before, enter the amount of tickets you wish for in step 1. In step 2, it is not necessary to register again. Log in using your Paylogic Account and complete the next steps.
• I have lost an email from Paylogic.
All emails sent from Paylogic to you can be found on your Paylogic Account. You can access your account by logging in on https://www.paylogic.nl/login
